Research is important. It is what gets funding, resources, recognition, action… So if you can help out with this then PLEASE do so! (Goes live October 4, so put it in your calender.)
Do you identify as straight, heterosexual, queer, bisexual, pansexual or bi-curious? Do you attend play parties, swing/bdsm/erotic clubs, or house-parties in NSW? Are you interested in contributing to the development of safer-sex resources for people who attend play parties or clubs? If so, you are invited to take part in an anonymous 20 minute online survey supported by the Australian Research Council, the University of NSW and Family Planning NSW. The project has been approved by the Human Research Ethics committee at UNSW (HREC 08293).
For more information go to http://survey.kathalbury.com/, or contact Dr Kath Albury at the University of NSW, firstname.lastname@example.org.
Note: The survey link (http://survey.kathalbury.com/) will be live from 4 October 2010 to 19 November 2010. The results of the survey will be compiled in a short report that will be distributed to adult list-owners/party promoters/hosts and any survey participants who request it.
