Red Ribbon Making

‘Tis the lead-up to Red Ribbon/World AIDS Day and ACON need assistance with making up the Red Ribbons to sell on December 1st (and vollies to sell them then too):

‘ACON needs to make 30,000 red ribbons to sell around NSW on World AIDS Day this year to raise money for vital support services for people with HIV.

Join other volunteers for a fun day or just come along for a few hours. There’ll be sandwiches and other great snacks as well as tea and coffee.

Meet new people, enjoy the great atmosphere and help ACON help others.

What: Red Ribbon Working Bee

When: Thursday 14 October 2010, 10am – 5pm

Where: The Luncheon Club, 77 Kellick St, Waterloo, Sydney

Volunteers are also welcome to come along any Monday or Wednesday between 10am and 1pm to make ribbons. Light refreshments will be provided.’
