Aboriginal Signing Art course at TAFE

A long-lost friend from my youth, found again through the most curious of circumstances, recently became an AUSLAN interpreter. She has been doing a bit of work helping out with this amazing new course being run at TAFE in the south-west of Sydney. It’s for Deaf, Aboriginal people who are Centrelink eligible, and teaches digital art, performance, photography, painting and more — all through sign. For all the bigotry and funding cuts and bullshit that goes on in this world, well, there sure is some great stuff too!
