Camp Betty was utterly amazing!

A cast of hundreds*! Blue Betty selling out within an hour and a half! A gazillion dazzling discussions, debates and dialogues! New networks, new projects, new imaginings! Excellent lunches! Delicious High Tea! Packed out POC the Mic! Schmoozing, cruising and even a bit of boozing! Dozens of delights at the DIY and Zine Fair! And much, much more… Wow. And a huge thankyou to everyone who was on the collective, worked the rego desk, just jumped up and did stuff when it needed doing, presented, facilitated, performed, worked the bar (and did glassie), set up, cleaned up, made coffee, billeted out-of-towners, made lunches, cared for the kiddies, and helped out in any other way. We did it (and with minimal bullshit too**)!

* 350 or so over the weekend I reckon.  ** There will always be those who don’t want to play nicely with others or share the joy at all, but given the amount of people through the festival we didn’t fare too badly 🙂
