Queer Screen Volunteer Open Day – Sunday 11 September – 2PM

Madame  Moselle and the Monster have volunteered for QS for years, and can thoroughly recommend it. If you want to know more about them, and how you can help out, you can go to their open day! Here’s what the QS crew say:

‘Queer Screen is moving to a more volunteer-based structure: i.e. less permanent staff and more volunteer working groups. There is a volunteer role for everyone, you can give as much or as little time you can spare.

Some of the skills we need include:

  • Bookeeping
  • Fundraising
  • Office Admin
  • Membership Managers
  • Volunteers Coordinators
  • Tech Support / Web skills
  • Publicity and Marketing
  • Events Management
  • Hospitality/Front of House
  • team players full of enthusiasm

We’d love you to come along for an informal briefing afternoon and meet our existing Staff and Board at Heffron Hall, Queen Street Studio, Cnr of Burton St and Palmer St in Darlinghurst on Sunday 11 September 2011 at 2pm.

Please RSVP to volunteers@queerscreen.com.au
Thank you so much,  we look forward to seeing you there and PLEASE PASS THIS ON! The Queer Screen Board’
